He's living his dream now. Michael bought a bike and has been taking it out on the road this past week. His first goal is to be riding it to work everyday. His second goal is to get into shape and the result is to perhaps get into competition sometime in the future. He is really doing a great job and I am so proud of him braving this crazy summer heat! It's been a good stress relief for him as he is still studying for an upcoming CISCO exam.
No, I'm not in the biking club quite yet... I may consider after the heat of the summer but for now I am content walking the dogs for exercise and supporting him in his quest to "Live Strong." :) Work is keeping us both busy. Not a whole lot going on here. But we are happy and healthy, so no complaints here.

I love the looks of your blog. Michael keep up the good job, and workout. It will be great for you to be able to ride to work. Now if we could all get so inspired.
