A day of pampering

Michael's cousin Judy works at Anchor Hair & Beauty Salon in Nairobi. So we decided to have a day of pampering there. My hope was that the girls could get their hair braided too, but they were not interested in sitting still and letting someone tug on their hair this visit. So for the equivalent cost of a mani/spa pedi in the US, both moms got mani/pedi's and I got my hair braided. It was worth every cent and we enjoyed being doted on by the professionals there. :-)
Michael went back for a haircut the week after and was totally spoiled with a head/neck/shoulder massage as well. He's gonna have a hard time going back to the way things are in Texas I think.
