Once again we managed to attend the Ben Hur Shrine Circus at the Cedar Park Events Center. It was a fun to bring Amy, Dwayne and Kina along too. Both for the extra helpers with Savannah & Lexi and to see them enjoy the show. A couple of the gigs were similar to last years performance so there weren't as many surprises for Michael and I. For instance the walking miniature elephant is not a toy but is rather a... I don't want to give away the surprise for those of you who hope to see the show sometime. I laughed though because afterward Kina was discussing her thought process during that bit and I remembered thinking aloud to Michael the same thoughts last year.
I think that everyone had a good time. Savannah was oohing and ahhing plenty as well as clapping with us all. Lexi did sleep through about half of the performances but she seemed interested in what she did see and pointed/clapped appropriately. It was definitely a fun outing and one that we will have to continue for sure as the girls get older.
